Timeline for A Level Admissions for September 2026

• Thursday 4th December 2025 - Sixth Form Open Evening
• Friday 5th December 2025 - Applications open for September 2026
• Friday 6th February 2026 - Deadline for application forms to be submitted 
• Thursday 26th March 2026 - Conditional offers will be made 
• Thursday 25th June 2026 - Sixth Form Induction Day 
• Thursday 20th August 2026 - GCSE Results Day and Sixth Form Enrolment Day 

Timeline admissions to BTEC Sports Diploma for September 2025

• Thursday 4^th December 2025 - 6^th Form Open Evening
• Friday 6th February 2026 - Deadline for application forms to be submitted
• Thursday 26th March 2026 - Conditional offers will be made on a rolling basis
• Thursday 25th June 2026 – Sixth Form Induction Day 
• Thursday 20th August 2026 - GCSE Results Day and Sixth Form Enrolment Day

How to apply and the application process for the BTEC Sports Diploma

From November 2023 - June 2024– Conditional offers for BTEC Sports  will be made subject to the successful completion of the application process (see below) 

1. Register interest directly with LLS, who lead the course for SPW6, by completing an application form.
2. Within 7 days of registering you will be invited to attend an online taster session
3. You will then attend an in-person taster session at St Paul’s Way Sixth form  
4. Interview in person/ remote and completion of SPW6 application form. You will be required to upload a photo, proof of identity and provide a reference from a teacher at your current school to complete the application form 
5. Conditional offers made from November 2023 – June 2024. This is subject to: 
   • Predicted grades that meet entry requirements
   • Completion of all events in the application process
   • Meeting the school’s requirement which included completion of the form and a positive reference
