Staff training on Equality, Inclusion and Diversity

All staff at SPWT have taken part in two trainings in December and January, as part of our work on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion:
Racism Awareness: a session with an external expert on understanding racism; racial trauma, and what we can do to counteract this in our school community.
Responding to prejudicial incidents: recognising and responding to a range of prejudicial incidents, and updating staff on improved reporting systems, to ensure that ll incidents are tracked, and followed up.
