Our curriculum has been carefully designed by outstanding primary practitioners in consultation with some subject specialists from the secondary phase, who we work closely with to provide an enhanced curriculum offer for our pupils. Our curriculum takes account of both the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and the National Curriculum. We aim to provide children with a broad and balanced curriculum which will give them a life-long passion for education and learning. Additionally, by working closely with EYFS providers and our partners in the secondary phase, we ensure that our curriculum will enable smooth transitions for our children, both from other EYFS settings and, later, onwards to their secondary education.
For all of our pupils, learning in class with their class teacher is enhanced by lessons from subject specialists, a range of visiting speakers and workshop leaders, and a varied programme of educational visits to locations across London. Below you can learn about different aspects of our curriculum in greater detail. If you would like to see our curriculum in action, please contact the Foundation School Office to arrange a visit.
