Welcome back to the Autumn Term! I hope you all had a restful holiday and are enjoying the busy start to our Autumn Term. We are excited to offer a wide range of activities and experiences during our Extra- Curricular Club Offer, and as always, these clubs are free of charge.  

Extra-Curricular Clubs help children to learn new skills, discover their talents and passions, try something new, make new friends, build confidence, and stay fit and active. If you would like to book a club for your child, please fill out the form below.

Important Information

• In the first instance, please book one club per child only so that as many children as possible can access the extra-curricular activities. 

• You can book your club space from Monday 18th September at 4:30pm. 

• Club bookings run on a first come, first served basis. If a club your child wishes to attend is fully booked, we will put your child's name on the club waiting list. 

• Clubs will start next week, beginning Monday 25th September and will run for the remainder of the Autumn Term. 

• Children who do not attend the club for two sessions may lose their place and their space may be offered to someone else. Registers are taken in clubs. 

• Clubs led by sports coaches in the morning will begin promptly at 8:00am. 

• School-led clubs are dismissed from the School Office on St Paul's Way at 16:20pm. Clubs led by sports coaches are dismissed from the School Office on St Paul’s Way at 16:30pm. Please note the staggered finishing time for your child's club and collect them promptly. Late collection may result in your child losing their club space. 

• All children should attend their club in the correct kit and with a water bottle. Parents can provide their child with a healthy sandwich or piece of fruit for a snack if they wish. Crisps, fizzy drinks and sweet treats will not be accepted. 

• Please book one club per child at this time. If any additional spaces in our clubs are available after the booking deadline, we will invite parents/carers to book additional clubs after this time.
